Education & Outreach, pre-k through college

Opera is an important tool to teach literature, language, history, music and drama. Our interactive programs feature rising stars and are 45 minutes for children and 2 hours for adults. As a great supplement to any curriculum, bring The Magic Flute, Greatest Hits of Opera, The Barber of Seville, Carmen or Don Giovanni to your students. In addition, we offer workshops for teachers and open dress rehearsals to students. Email us to book a show or to learn more about our Education and Outreach programs.

“I used to hate opera but after today’s performance of ‘The Magic Flute’ I started liking them.  I really want to be a famous sports player but my second option would be an opera singer and have a middle voice like Papageno.”
- Omri L., Grade 5

“Even though you didn’t have all the fancy obstacles operas have,
it doesn’t matter because what operas are really about is singing.”

– Yaniv B. Grade 5

“Thank you so much for coming to our school.
When you performed ‘The Magic Flute’ I understood it much better.  I rate this play 4 stars!”

– Helena, Grade 5

“I did not know that opera can tell a story.
I thought opera was just singing.  Today I found out otherwise.”

– Michelle, Grade 5

“P.S.  Please come again.
P.P.S. Pretty please!”
– Asol M., Grade 5
