The Opera Company of Brooklyn (OCB) announces auditions for the 2007/2008 Season Resident Artist Program (RAP), an intensive 9-month professional training program for 8 singers and 2 conductor/coach/pianists.

OCB, now in its 8th Season, aims to provide a diverse range of training with a curriculum of individual and group coaching, dramatic coaching and master classes with world-renowned artists, such as Harolyn Blackwell, Catherine Malfitano, Elaine Malbin, Ashley Putnam, Thomas Pasatieri, and David Jones, among others. 

Performance opportunities include a city-wide education program, publicly-attended Master Classes, and concert-version as well as semi-staged productions with the main company. 

All accepted RAP artists will receive a stipend.
